For CATV (J.83 Annex C) Demodulation and Simple RF Monitoring
Demodulates digital CATV broadcasts and outputs TS signals.
The unit can be controlled (e.g., channel switching) and various information retrieved via LAN, or via the front panel buttons and front LCD.
- ASI output supports switching between packet mode and burst mode.
- Output TS format: 188 / 204 / 192 / 208 bytes (192 / 208 bytes for ASI only)
- Supports TSMF.
- Equipped with alarm contact output terminals.
- TS output supports simultaneous DVB-ASI (2 lines) and DVB-SPI output.
- BER (pre- / post-RS decoding), C/N, and NET-ID can be retrieved as status information.
- The included application allows status information to be displayed via LAN.
- Upon request, the communication protocol for this unit can be disclosed. Control and information retrieval via TCP is also supported.
