As the transition to the ACAS system in cable television accelerates, Traffic Sim proposes an ACAS multi-descrambler compatible with multi-channel broadcasting and advanced BS (4K/8K).
Overview
With the ACAS system, multiple services using different key information in a multi-stream can each be descrambled using their respective key information.
Furthermore, by connecting downstream equipment such as our systems (multi-view / simultaneous recording systems, etc.) or IP video routers to the ACAS multi-descrambler, multiple descrambled streams can be efficiently monitored, watched, and recorded.
Features
- Multi-stream support increases consolidation, enabling streamlined system design including the descrambler.
- Current input/output supports multicast only, but unicast conversion functionality is planned for future implementation.
- Any descrambled stream can be output to the required point.
