Until now, inspections conducted to determine repair feasibility and to provide cost estimates have been free of charge. However, in light of rising labor and related costs in recent years, this revision is necessary to maintain a stable support system.

Details of the Revision

• If a repair request is canceled after the inspection has been completed, an inspection fee will be charged.
• If the repair is carried out, no inspection fee will be charged, as before.

Applicable Products

• Cases in which a repair request for the Portable TS Recording Analyzer (HACOBE / HACOBE2 / HACOBE2+) is canceled after the inspection has been completed.

Effective Date

• This policy will apply to repair requests submitted on or after January 2026.
